Scaldatelli (Apulian taralli) with corn flour. Artisanal hand-made product.
"Scaldatelli" are a larger version of taralli, that require a double cooking, and also called "scaldatelle" in other areas of Puglia.
This version is particularly original and tasty because the wheat flour is mixed for 50% with corn flour.
Ingredients: 50% soft "00" wheat flour, 50% corn flour, white wine (contains sulfites), salt, water, pomace oil, extra virgin olive oil.
