"Scaldatelli" are a larger version of taralli, that require a double cooking, and also called "scaldatelle" in other areas of Puglia. They are irresistible snacks, here in an even tastier version for the addition of turnip tops, the most typical vegetable of their territory of origin.
Ingredients: soft wheat flour 00, white wine (contains sulfites), salt, water, pomace oil, extra virgin olive oil, pesto of turnip tops 20% (turnip tops, chilli, sunflower oil, garlic, acidity regulator Citric acid)
