Ready mix for Farinata in the home oven in just 15 minutes.
Farinata is the traditional specialty of chickpea flour typical of Liguria and Lower Piedmont. Gluten-free.
Preparation instructions: mix with 600ml. of water, 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Pour into the enameled drip tray provided in the oven. Bake for 15 minutes in the oven (with grill on) at maximum temperature.

The Tantì Restaurant is a wonderful family-run restaurant in Nizza Monferrato founded by Bruno Ghignone and Silvia Bisoglio which initially established itself thanks to the excellent and incredible farinata.
This subsequently led to the development of a ready-to-cook farinata mix at the restaurant, so as to allow everyone to enjoy this traditional dish of Ligurian and Piedmont cuisine.
