Tantì

The Tantì Restaurant is a wonderful family-run restaurant in Nizza Monferrato founded by Bruno Ghignone and Silvia Bisoglio which initially established itself thanks to the excellent and incredible farinata. 

This subsequently led to the development of a ready-to-cook farinata mix at the restaurant, so as to allow everyone to enjoy this traditional dish of Ligurian and Piedmont cuisine. 

For those who prefer sweets more, Tantì has studied a selection of high-quality cake mixes, made from alternative flours and all completely gluten-free.

As for the farinata, even the Tantì cake mixes are simple and fast and are suitable for all those who want a good quality dessert that can be prepared comfortably at home.
