AUTHENTIC AND TRADITIONAL RECIPE BASED ON FLOUR FROM HAZELNUTS

Hazelnuts are a food with a high energy content and suitable for those who need to replenish mineral salts. Hazelnuts are very suitable for athletes, both for those who are recovering or suffering from physical or mental exhaustion. Hazelnuts in fact have a high content of manganese, which has beneficial effects on muscle strength, helps to avoid muscle pain, cramps and fatigue.


INGREDIENTS: 

26.8% hazelnut flour*, cashew flour* sugar, corn starch.

It may contain traces of milk.

ALLERGENS:

The product is packaged in a factory where nuts, peanuts, soy, dairy products are also processed.

Instructions for the preparation of cakes and cookies: 

Add to the ready mix: 60g butter/margarine/oil, 2 whole eggs, 10 tablespoons water. 

Bake in oven: 

30 minutes at 180°C for cakes

20 minutes to 160°C for biscuits

The Tantì Restaurant is a wonderful family-run restaurant in Nizza Monferrato founded by Bruno Ghignone and Silvia Bisoglio which initially established itself thanks to the excellent and incredible farinata. 

This subsequently led to the development of a ready-to-cook farinata mix at the restaurant, so as to allow everyone to enjoy this traditional dish of Ligurian and Piedmont cuisine. 

For those who prefer sweets more, Tantì has studied a selection of high-quality cake mixes, made from alternative flours and all completely gluten-free.

As for the farinata, even the Tantì cake mixes are simple and fast and are suitable for all those who want a good quality dessert that can be prepared comfortably at home.
