Instructions for storage
Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct light at a temperature between 15 º C and 35 º C. At temperatures below 15 º C the product can crystallize, the phenomenon is reversible with heating at +50 º C.

It can be used as a natural alternative to sucrose, both in the daily diet and as a sweetener added to sweet dough. Its use also helps the leavening and elasticity of the dough. The flavor and neutral color, allow you to respect and enhance the other ingredients with which it is used. For this reason, Le terre di zoè uses only organic grape sugar for its line of compotes and fruit nectars.
