On the palate it is evident the aroma of bitter citrus of the famous and valuable chinotto of Savona. Excellent aperitif; it goes well with fresh cheeses and fish dishes.
INGREDIENTS: water, barley malt, spelt malt, wheat flakes and malt, hops, yeast, sugar, 1% quinotto peels, bergamot peels, cardamom.
All El Issor beers are not filtered or pasteurized, thus preserving the organoleptic properties conferred on them by the selected raw materials.

The brewery “El Issor” is a Ligurian brewery from the town of Sassello. Its name is derived from an anagram of its founder’s name, Luca Rossi.
Nowadays their production comprises about fifteen beers with Belgian, British, Irish, and American influences, with special attention paid to original flavours. Among the raw materials used are hops made in the nearby Bormida Valley; “chinotto”, the fruit of the myrtle-leaved orange tree in the Citrus family; must from the Pigato variety of wine grape; Ligurian chestnuts.
El Issor has received accolades at Beer Attraction, an exhibition held in Rimini for Italian beers. It won in the category for low-alcohol blonde and amber beers.
