Tripel-style craft beer from the microbrewery El Issor in Sassello (SV), 33 cl.
Abbey Triple-style with bright copper color, with persistent foam, produced for the first time in 2011 for Christmas. Light aromas of alcohol and hops with moderate spiciness, malt is delicate with slight hints of alcohol.
INGREDIENTS: water, barley malt, hops, coriander, yeast, bitter orange, sugar.

The brewery “El Issor” is a Ligurian brewery from the town of Sassello. Its name is derived from an anagram of its founder’s name, Luca Rossi.
Nowadays their production comprises about fifteen beers with Belgian, British, Irish, and American influences, with special attention paid to original flavours. Among the raw materials used are hops made in the nearby Bormida Valley; “chinotto”, the fruit of the myrtle-leaved orange tree in the Citrus family; must from the Pigato variety of wine grape; Ligurian chestnuts.
El Issor has received accolades at Beer Attraction, an exhibition held in Rimini for Italian beers. It won in the category for low-alcohol blonde and amber beers.
