Organoleptic characteristics of the product:
On the nose are perceived vegetal sensations of ripe tomato, artichoke and aubergine peel. It returns artichoke bitters, it enters light in the mouth and then releases its characteristic spiciness on the finish.

Agricola Pannarale is an Apulian farm located in Torremaggiore (FG), in the Alto Tavoliere delle Puglie.
The history of this family business begins with his grandfather Vincenzo who, for the love of a generous olive - Peranzana - in 1865 decided to move to Torremaggiore and then continues with his great-grandson Giuseppe.
Peranzana is a very particular olive, with a dual attitude as it is both table and oil. It can be processed and stored in brine or ground. It is an olive with a good hazel pulp ratio and gives an oil with the right balance between bitter and spicy, which has obtained several awards at international level.
Alongside the production of oil, the company offers other typical Apulian specialties such as jams and vegetables in oil.
