The 100% vegetable pesto is made with high quality raw materials. It is produced exclusively in the summer months to be able to use only fresh basil that is picked and processed daily.

To flavor the pesto is used the gondino, an organic vegetable cheese produced in Tuscany and based on chickpeas. There are also different types of dried fruit (cashews, pistachios and pine nuts), the chef uses the gondino, an organic vegetable cheese made from chickpeas in Tuscany.

Pestovè also contains spirulina, an alga that has numerous benefits due to its vitamins: the intake of spirulina determines beneficial effects on sight, heart and bones. It is recommended to fight osteoporosis and Chron’s disease.

The chef’s touch of haute cuisine is the salt of Maldon, widely used in starry restaurants, which thanks to the thickness of its crystals, does not melt immediately on the palate, but interacts longer with the food, enhancing its flavor.

basil (35%), sunflower seed oil, Gondino® [vegetable food preparation (water, potato starch*, coconut oil*, chickpea meal*, yeast, whole sea salt, natural flavourings)], extra virgin olive oil olive, CASHEW, PISTACHIOS (3%), salt, pine nuts, garlic (0.7%), spirulina, maldon salt, potato starch, concentrated lemon juice, natural basil aroma.
