Tipicobarocco

Tipico Barocco is an artisan producer of PGI Modica chocolate and carob derivatives.

The company was founded in 1999, initially dealing only with processes that concerned the carob and its derivatives. Carob is a typical fruit of the Sicilian provinces of Ragusa and Syracuse. 

Then, a few years later, the company began to produce Modica chocolate and perfecting its processing techniques using new technologies while being careful to keep the essence of the traditional process handed down over the years unaltered.
