Casa Prencipe's workshop, located in the Gargano National Park, is surrounded by nature and exclusively uses traced Italian organic wheat. The pasta undergoes rigorous quality checks, is traditionally crafted, and bronze-drawn to achieve the right texture. It is slowly dried at low temperatures to preserve its aromas and flavors. The limited daily production allows for meticulous monitoring of each phase, ensuring a high-quality product. The company promotes sustainability by selecting only Italian raw materials and collaborating with Legambiente to spread awareness about the importance of sustainable and conscious food choices.
