Abbey beer with artisan sour cherry from the brewery El Issor 33 cl.
High-grade copper-coloured abbey beer, tending to purple, which is also reflected in the persistent foam.
The scent is reminiscent of orange blossom and coriander. The taste of black cherry dominates, although well balanced, combined with aromas of malt and hops with a sour sour scent on the finish.
Ideal for concluding important dinners by the fireplace.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, sour cherries, hops, coriander, yeast, bitter orange, sugar

The brewery “El Issor” is a Ligurian brewery from the town of Sassello. Its name is derived from an anagram of its founder’s name, Luca Rossi.
Nowadays their production comprises about fifteen beers with Belgian, British, Irish, and American influences, with special attention paid to original flavours. Among the raw materials used are hops made in the nearby Bormida Valley; “chinotto”, the fruit of the myrtle-leaved orange tree in the Citrus family; must from the Pigato variety of wine grape; Ligurian chestnuts.
El Issor has received accolades at Beer Attraction, an exhibition held in Rimini for Italian beers. It won in the category for low-alcohol blonde and amber beers.
